I started following Heidi Shaulis' art on eBay quite a few years ago and always admired the paintings, but they were out of my price range. Now I have re-discovered her on Etsy and am so delighted that she sells affordable prints of her expensive paintings! I bought the "hungry silver tabby" print and the quality is excellent. With another print that I bought from another artist on Etsy, it was essentially an 8x10 photo of the original work. Not this one. The colors are vibrant, the paper is denser than regular paper, and the texture seems more like a painting than a print. It is a work of art, and it cost me only $17.50. :) n nI also was impressed by how quickly the print arrived (in just two days!) and I was absolutely thrilled by the freebies that Heidi enclosed. She sent four additional (small) pieces of her artwork! I received what I think are ACEO cards, a bookmark, and a card of thanks (with each letter of the word held up by a different cat). Each of the freebies is also a work of art, if smaller than my print, and I especially cherish the miniature "How to Train Your Human" print. n nIn sum, Heidi Shaulis does excellent work (and addictive, too - I am buying another print soon) and also does excellent business. Thank you, Heidi!
